Lin Yu Chun Fan Club

Lin Yu Chun returned to Los Angeles yesterday and is chilling in a hotel room getting ready to sing some tunes – including the U.S. National Anthem at Dodger Stadium this Saturday.

Very fitting to Lin Yu Chun’s appearance is the fact that this Saturday is Taiwan Day at Dodger Stadium.

In addition to seeing Lin Yu Chun perform, Taiwan fans could have two other chances to see a ‘Native Son’ in action. The Dodgers have reliever Kuo Hong-chih, and the Detroit Tigers has reliever Ni Fu-te.

Those who purchase seats in the special Taiwan Day section will receive a Dodgertown T-Shirt showing a map of Taiwan where the O in Town goes. They will also have special foods available in that section.

There’s also a Taiwan Day at Dodger Stadium Meetup being sponsored by Mandarin Friends that you can sign up for if you’re planning on attending the game.

Lin Yu Chun who signed a record deal with Sony on May 13th, is reportedly a bit nervous, but also excited and very honored to have a chance to sing in a stadium that can seat as many as 60,000 people.

According to an article today in TaiwanNews he is rehearsing 3 songs for the event including the U.S. national anthem and Taiwan Touch Your Heart.

It’s great to see Lin Yu Chun back in the US. No doubt they’ll sneak in a TV appearance or two while he’s here – and maybe even film a Hagen Daz commercial.
